The Tibetan Spaniel is a small dog with a short neck and a muscular body. The breed has a soft double coat in gold, white, black, cream, red, silver, sable, and tan. The Tibetan Spaniel sheds seasonally and requires weekly brushing when shedding.
Behavior & Disposition
The Tibetan Spaniel is known for its aloof, independent, stubborn, courageous, and playful character. They tend to play well with children. However, adult supervision is recommended when playing with other dogs.
Activity Level
The Tibetan Spaniel has a moderate activity level and it is easy for the breed to become overweight. For optimal health, the Tibetan Spaniel should be carefully monitored for calorie consumption and should have daily walks.
Training
