Behavior & Disposition
The Greater Swiss Mountain Dog is confident, alert, and fearless. They tend to play well with children. However, adult supervision is recommended when playing with other dogs.
Activity Level
The Greater Swiss Mountain Dog has a high activity level, but it is still easy for the breed to become overweight. Feeding them too much can also cause digestive problems in the breed.
